go hand-in-hand, and this 6 workshop program is designed to
skill and empower your team to create client service excellence
in your business. This program can be split into two separate ones (Sales Excellence) and (Customer Service Excellence) and either may be delivered as 'stand-alone' programs if required. Sales and Service Excellence covers: - Understanding the customer and their service experience - Creating a 'WOW' experience for each client - Deciphering the customers complete needs - How to move from 'taking orders' to adding value and creating lasting customer satisfaction - Phone communication and sales made easy - Dealing with objections, working through barriers and closing the sale - Questions and techniques that help the customer decide to buy - Manage existing client's needs and wants |

| The outcome of this program is an individual and/or team action plan for ongoing service excellence and enhanced sales results | Format:
Sales and Service can be delivered as one program (6
workshops), OR we can deliver just the Sales
Excellence component (3
workshops) OR just Service Excellence (3 workshops).
All workshops are run weekly run from 3-5:30pm Investment: $750 per person plus GST for both Sales and Service programs. $500 per person plus GST for the 3 Sales Excellence workshops. $500 per person plus GST for the 3 Service Excellence workshops. |
