Terms & Conditions

All prices per person rates and are GST exclusive.
An initial invoice for 30% deposit (plus any customisation fees required) will be sent on receipt of the workshop confirmation form. The balance remaining will be invoiced at the commencement of the workshop.
Net payment is due within 14 days of our invoice date.
Overdue accounts will incur interest at 2% per month and may incur all costs of recovery including commissions and legal costs.
Once attendee numbers are confirmed, catering and material fees (as applicable) will be invoiced for that quantity.
Once confirmed, a course cancellation or postponement will incur a minimum admin fee of 10% of course charges.
Cancellation or Postponement on part of the participant will be charged as follows (unless another nominee from the organisation attends in their place):

Within 20 working days of start date: 25% of course charges.
Within 10 working days of start date: 50% of course charges.
Within 3 working days of start date: 100% of course charges.

Fusion At Work undertakes to run all programs as scheduled subject to minimum numbers etc. In the event of postponement no fees will be charged and we undertake to schedule at another time convenient to all participants as able.
