Lisa Friend - Office Manager
Originally starting with Fusion in mid 2009 as an administrative assistant, Lisa now manages our client enquiries and office administration as well as overseeing our TNA and Mystery Shop Services.
Lisa supervises the selection and training of our Mystery Shopper Panel and works with our clients to tailor their Mystery Shop to ensure it captures the information needed to help you focus your team on your customer services standards, reward sales and service excellence, and benchmark performance improvement over time.
Jaki George-Tunnicliffe - Facilitator & Speaker
Founder
and Director Jaki George-Tunnicliffe has held a range of HR and training roles over the years; growing her training expertise
across various industries, roles and in a variety of training
environments, including tertiary and corporate situations; and starting Fusion in 2006.
As Fusion's lead training consultant she works with clients to tailor development solutions to meet their particular team's challenges and needs. Whether training or delivering her key note to audiences nationwide her objective is always to delight her clients with both the experience and the outcome. Clients invariably comment on Jaki's energetic, engaging speaking style and her ability to motivate participants to higher achievement.
Jaki's experience and industry and educational qualifications add considerable value to her training approach, as does her experience in an array of industries including FMCG, Finance, Retail and Tourism. Jaki has also enjoyed much success in the Toastmasters forum as a speaker, training consultant, leader and facilitator. Mal Ross - Facilitator
Mal is a sought after professional speaker, facilitator and trainer. He runs a number of his own business related seminars and courses, plus personal motivation, goal achievement, stress control and communication workshops. We are excited to have Mal as one of the primary facilitators in Fusion’s USP membership series.
Working with individuals and groups, helping develop their hidden abilities and skills to achieve a positive attitude and success with business or personal goals, is a specialty focus area for Mal who has been working with clients across the country for over 15 years. He has been contracted to run business development seminars and train managers and sales teams for enterprises such as Prudential Assurance, Sovereign Life and Telecom and has been the key speaker at many business conferences throughout NZ and overseas.
Over the years he has become more and more involved in the study of human behaviour and how to use the power of the mind to motivate and achieve spectacular results. Using this knowledge in conjunction with many years of experience in sales, retail and service industries, has allowed him to contribute to the USP Program with his unique insights and experience in assisting people in developing their hidden potential
